Our compensation model is very different from other consultancies, and for good reason. We have a vested interest in fulfilling your goals because we are compensated on the basis of success, not retainer or hourly payments. This model ensures customer satisfaction and quality results.

The decision to go independent is perhaps the most important decision of your career, meaning the more time allocated for planning and preparation, the better. Most processes are anywhere between six to nine months; however, it can be done in 90 days if need be. Regardless of your timeline needs, we will be there to guide you every step of the way.
