Cammy Smith, Founder
Cammy Smith is the owner of Revive Consulting+. For the past 13 years, Cammy has been working in and alongside financial advisory firms. With her father as the founder and CEO of a successful wealth management firm, Cammy was exposed to the industry at a young age. Through this and as a Financial Advisor for nearly a decade, she lived and experienced the needs of financial advisors looking to differentiate, grow, and always do right by their clients. With the belief that better is possible, in 2016 Cammy founded Revive Consulting+ to help advisors and wealth management firms realize their full potential.
Cammy's professional highlights include her work internationally across the United States, Europe, and Latin America, as well as co-authoring a financial methodology and publication in the Journal for Sustainable Investment and Finance for ESG investing. Additionally, Cammy supports her father's wealth management firm
as Managing Director and Chief Strategist.
She holds an International MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain, where she was awarded the Dean’s List Merit for finishing as Top 5% of her class, in addition to earning a B.A. from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Business. Cammy continues to be active with the IE community, as the President of the Miami chapter of the IE Global Alumni Club.
Cammy speaks English and Spanish fluently, is passionate about helping financial advisors thrive in today's complex world for the benefit of their clients, and is dedicated to promoting ESG practices and socially responsible investing. Each day, Cammy is inspired to propel positive global impact – one engagement at a time.

Women's Empowerment Internship
Every semester, Revive Consulting+ offers the opportunity for highly motivated, current female college students to work with us. At Revive, interns don't fetch coffee or work on data entry — they support the Revive team on real-time projects that span a variety of domains and skills, ranging from marketing & analytics to research & operations.
Revive interns not only receive competitive pay, but are also provided with several mentorship opportunities, such as personalized coaching from our Founder Cammy Smith and career development workshops. There are no set hours — every Revive intern has the opportunity to create their own schedule and are expected to communicate in a timely manner.
